PAYMENT

• Price will be finalized during communication.• Invoices are sent via Square. Full payment is required within one week.• Commissioners are entitled to a full refund up to the final render phase. After a sketch is approved and final art has begun, refunds will be partial.• Additional charges may be applied for rush orders, revision requests past the rough sketch phase, highly complex character designs, and extra characters.

PROCESS

• Communication will be thru e-mail (preferably) or DM.• If you have a hard deadline please inform me. Otherwise, commissions are worked on a first-come first-serve basis.• A rough sketch will be sent to you for approval before the final linework/coloring phase. During the rough sketch phase, you may ask for up to three revisions free of charge.• Turnaround time is about 1-3 weeks. As an artist working thru the symptoms of long covid, your patience and generosity is much appreciated.• A Trello link will be given to you where you may track the status of your commission.

RIGHTS

• Artwork is for personal use only. You may share your commission or upload the image to your gallery with credit. @baroquebat• I reserve the right to post finished commissions to my portfolio and may display them at conventions and online to advertise my work to others, unless requested otherwise.• You may NOT use my work for NFTs, blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, AI generation, or any future invention in the field.
